With a robust adjustment mechanism for quality and reliable operation using Zerostop and ASV
The adjustment towers of the 3rd generation DDoptics scopes are made of robust aluminum alloy and are free of all plastic parts. All aluminum parts are provided with a new type of matte black anodized coating. The adjustment mechanism has been transformed into a tactical version, which means that it is not only extremely shockproof and completely waterproof, but also protected from accidental setting thanks to its solid construction. This also means that the reticle adjustment can also be used in the "open" state in everyday hunting, i.e. there is no need for a threaded cap, so the reticle can be quickly adjusted depending on the situation.
The target scope with fast reticle adjustment and zero stop
The double scale of the height adjustment tower allows you to read the set value. After firing the weapon, the crosshairs can be "zeroed". The zero adjustment ring can then be rotated as far as zeroing allows. The values of the tower do not need to be monitored when resetting, it stops at the zero stop point when rewinding. Knowing the chosen shooting distance, different shooting distances can be set to the zero position with the help of the marking system. The side adjustment turret has two opposing scales. Thus, starting from zero, the reticle can be pre-adjusted based on the wind direction, wind intensity, and the possible movement of the target.
High performance optics - better contrast - CT (Clear Transmission) glass
The 3rd generation DDoptics scopes use high-transmission, high-quality CT (Clear Transmission) glass with the well-proven DDlucid coating. The advantage of the newly used type of glass is the clearly better contrast and the reduction of peripheral color distortion. The light transmission could only be slightly improved compared to the 2nd generation. Both generations already use the best technologies currently available.
Light transmission with outstanding values
The optics with an anti-reflection coating provide a brilliant image and have excellent characteristics in terms of peripheral sharpness. Even the backlight does not bother you, as the coating minimizes glare. Light transmission of 94.7% (daytime) and 93% (nighttime) is a peak value that allows safe aiming in the lowest light where you can still hunt.
The best spotting scope on the market
Thanks to the fiber optic technology, the light point has a finer finish in all brightness modes, even in deep darkness. The brightness of the illumination can be infinitely adjusted from backlight to suitable for night conditions. In addition, instead of the usual lighting dot (Fiber dot), there is iFiber, which is an intelligent lighting dot with motion and position sensors, as well as a microprocessor and integrated software. The light point always turns off as soon as it is no longer needed and is reactivated when it is needed again.
New A4N reticle for minimal target concealment
Looking into the new generation scope, the observer immediately notices the results of the practical design: The crosshairs of the new reticle has a much finer finish, and the slightly thicker outer lines are only half as thick and noticeably farther apart. This is a great advantage for the hunter, especially in poor lighting conditions, as it covers the target only minimally, thus supporting lightning-fast and safe aiming and shooting. All DDoptics scopes in the sizes "2.5-10x56" and "2.5-15x50" have this reticle.

The A4 reticle is located in the image plane of the eyepiece (image plane 2), so it remains the same size when the magnification is changed. No external aid is needed to adjust the crosshairs. It can be adjusted by 0.25 minutes of angle (MOA) per click, i.e. every 7.3 millimeters at 100 meters. The click setting works with absolute repeatability and can be reset.

The side-mounted and infinitely adjustable parallax compensation (from 20 yards to infinity) protects against inaccuracy due to oblique viewing, provides a razor-sharp image at all magnification settings and provides a good reference point for distance estimation.
