Guide PS600 high performance industrial thermal camera
The PS600 is excellent for testing electrical systems, in the petrochemical industry, in building engineering tests and in various industrial plants. The PS600 is one of the best thermal cameras in its class. It essentially differs from the PS610 version in terms of its one lower geometric resolution, while in temperature analysis it can work with less data at the same time. The large sensor resolution of 640x480 enables immediate detection, accurate measurement and selection of overheating of electrical and mechanical surfaces on the 5-inch, 1280*720 pixel resolution touch screen, which has excellent brightness even in low light conditions. Thanks to the ergonomic design of the device, the display can be rotated, so any surface can be conveniently examined with it. Its own viewfinder also has an excellent image, as the manufacturer has installed an LCOS monitor with a resolution of 1280x960 pixels. The Android system running on the camera makes it possible not only to use it simply as a thermal camera, but also to function as a mobile terminal on which many applications can be run.
The device works with an accuracy of +/-2°C or +/-2% in the following temperature intervals:
-40 - +150°C / +100 - 800°C / 700 - 2000°C (in the temperature range of 0 and +100°C up to +/- 0.5°C)
As a professional device, it can provide measurement data at up to 16 different points, along 16 lines, or in 16 different areas at the same time, while the damage can also continuously follow 2 points - all this by compensating for the current atmospheric data. Its emissivity can be adjusted from 0.01 to 1.3.

Rotatable display

Images and videos can be transferred to mobile devices using Wi-Fi. The thermal camera can be controlled remotely with a smartphone. The result of the test performed on the device can be printed immediately on a Wi-Fi printer.

The Android operating system runs on the device, so the software can be easily updated at any time in the future, and new applications can be installed on it. The sophisticated on-board software enables tests and reports to be prepared directly on the device.
Multiple types of image display: thermal image and real video
The PS600 is capable of displaying the thermal image and the real video image separately. In addition, it can be used in PIP (picture in picture) and MIF modes. In PIP mode, the real image is also displayed on the thermal image in a smaller window, so you can compare the examination points of the visible and the thermal image. In MIF mode, the thermal image and the real image are combined by software, so that, for example, different inscriptions or details that give a homogeneous thermal image, but in reality separate details on the image, remain visible. Both the heat and the real image can be saved to the memory card in parallel.
Changeable lenses
The camera has a 25 mm germanium lens, to which an optional wide-angle and telephoto lens can be attached. It has both automatic and electronic focus. The lens of the device can also be rotated.
